What to expect from a Yoga class at 3G?
All of our classes Vinyasa-style yoga, where we flow with our breath. Move through each pose at your own pace, with options to modify or challenge yourself depending on how you're feeling that day.
Bring your own mat, or feel free to borrow one of ours. Come with an open mind and leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

About the instructor: Dana Sherwood is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher and TRX instructor with a passion for guiding students of all levels in a variety of movement practices. She focuses on improving both mental and physical health in a safe, fun, and accessible way. Dana believes that yoga is an essential part of overall well-being and a perfect complement to any fitness routine. Outside of teaching, she enjoys hiking with her family and dogs, working out, and expressing her creativity through graphic design and crafting with her kids.
